I think he's making it a much larger difference than it is. Either way you're being examined by the IRS so whether you call it an audit or a review it

doesn't make any difference to me.

Yes, large companies get *audited* every year. They are included in the *audit* statistics from the IRS. They even might have their own personal auditor that is always in the building review transactions. But it's not much difference from being called secondarily.
