They serve cities east of the Rockies, but not a lot of cities, not with a lot of service, and all of the flights are to cities west of the Rockies.

The combined Alaska/Virgin would have literally *one* route that didn't touch West of the Rockies: LGA-DAL.

oops: it's TWO routes: LGA-DAL and DCA-DAL
