Unfortunately, only turboprops can fly into YTZ. They are large props, but nonetheless, props don't have west coast access from Toronto.

YTZ has benefits beyond proximity. The immigration lines at YYZ (been through them numerous times) can be absurd whereas YTZ is basically always short.
Alas, you can only get to YTZ from (in the US) Boston, Newark, Chicago Midway, Pittsburgh, and seasonally some Southeast US cities. No hope of west coast access without jet service, which the most recent Toronto leaders have denied :(
