Admittedly, it's been a while. Is that for Canadians only, or for everyone?

I just remember stupidly long lines, both into Canada (immigration) and out of Canada (transborder terminal security). Thank goodness for PreCheck.
The airport is fine in the terminal itself but getting in/out was awful.
