We are going to need to be careful with what we read into what comes out of this, as it's all very complex.

They have a Power Players section of the site listing world leaders and their associates which makes it look like "here are the bad guys who did bad things!". And then they have a little text at the bottom that says "There are legitimate uses for offshore companies. Read more"
If you click read more you get:

But that's not how the site overall is presented.
