Even so, her immaturity is the biggest problem.

They're trying to indoctrinate wrestlers very young. Some of them simply don't have the professionalism yet to hit the main roster. I think that's why they're bringing in grizzled veterans from the indies and Japan. They want the noobs to understand it's a lot more than just the wrestling.
Oddly, Paige had better preparation than anybody else in this area. For whatever reason, her want-to wasn't high.
