I can see that to a point.

You could just look at a map. Not sure why Rick's group assumed that the next easiest way would be clear and when it wasn't that the next one would be.

I disagree somewhat on the timeline. I'm not positive, but Daryl killed that group of Saviors with the rocket launcher. He then came back with the group to save Alexandria with the big lake fire thing.

I think time has passed. Carl has recovered. It wasn't just yesterday.

And I know they uses walkies in the past, but they made it clear last night that they were using the two toned whistle all the time like raptors using their locations. It is one of the things that made it eerie.

I just thought it was all really convenient. Very difficult to get a huge group of dudes to be that perfectly coordinated.

And why do they assume that Rick's group is ever going back to the Hilltop in the first place? Are you assuming that there are Saviors sitting on piles of logs in every single direction?
