trained medical professionals are critical to survival. My list of priorities/places to stop once the ball drops is...
1 - Find a water source
2 - Go to a military base and drive off with anything that shoots
3 - Go to a Hospital and offer the medical professionals protection. Show up in an M-1 from the military base you just came from if that helps...
4 - Find high, clear ground with a secure structure (like a prison)
5 - Find food sources
