Down on his luck guy who got ripped off by Wall Street holds TV guy accountable. TV guy comes over to his side and realizes that the bankers are up to no good. TV guy moves to expose the bankers. The bankers try to shut down TV guy, probably through the use of the police, who ultimately stand up to the bankers and prove themselves to be real stand up guys. Down on his luck guy either dies or doesn't die. TV guy exposes bankers, justifying down on his luck guy.
