He makes most of his money licensing his name, and fronting for investment groups, so his developments are all OPM

and my favorite quip is that if he just put the money he inherited into index funds, about 1.2 or 1.4 B, he'd have 10-20b now, not 3 or 4 that most financial reporters credit him with (forbes etc) so essentially he's a fucking looser.
