For the 49ers---Kapernick will count $19M against the cap--$5M if they cut him next year (19M if they cut him this year)---Not too smart

I'm sure they could use the cap room, in both years, more than they could use him.
But, hey---they don't have to pay $5M to the broncos---they'll just have to pay him $20M total (with bonuses) this year, for basically doing nothing and then at least $5M to him, next year
