And the business that close are the local business, not the chains that were here when I got here (The McDonalds near me *should* close but that's an entirely different topic).

A Keihl's opened a few block away a year or two ago. Now Panda Express (I mean really Panda fucking Express? It's couldn't be a Dairy Queen?!)
