We've been lucky in the bats we are forced to use aren't those rocket-bats, but even still...

we've had a few pitchers take shots off their legs which is an awful sound...
I pitched, immediately stepped back and off the rubber and was bouncing like a boxer...it comes back at me, I'm getting as quick as possible out of the way.
