In my Wealth management class, we are talking about fundamental estate planning. Wills, trusts, power of attorney, etc.
What if someone is named in a will as an inheritor, but they are serving a life sentence at the time.
Do they get the asset? How do they control it or do anything with it? What if they have no next of kin?
