Man, those Air Force pilots don't fuck around. An AF base shares the runway here in Portland. Those F-15's gunned it down the runway. -- nm

The Air Guard can't give exact details, but those F-15's can go from ignition to flying over Seattle in "about 15 minutes on a bad day". -- nm

They really don't. Hearing a pair of F-15s on afterburner is an amazing thing. The noise and vibration is startling.
