I'm imagining a Depp fueled project similar to Joaquin Phoenix/Casey Affleck to get Cap'n Jack Sparrow elected. I'd totally take time off from work to follow the campaign.
(vaguely related: I watched the wheel set piece in the sequel and it's brilliant. I love the sequel.)
