I don't think Ward sent Lash to SHIELD as Lash kills Inhumans and Ward seems to be against killing other Inhumans ("do we kill them?" "only if their human").
Based on the bit they showed for next week I'm wondering f Ward isn't the Kree Supreme Intelligence and I agree with pmb on the BB, I think Lash is able to kill Ward.
