I've never had bone marrow ... have heard it's delicious though. I'm guessing the marrow is part of what makes the stocks so rich. -- nm

stock is made more with bones, broth more with meat - but they are pretty much interchangeable for most recipes -- nm

Essentially, when they are cooled, a stock will be a solid whereas a broth will remain a liquid. -- (edited)
