I did get that vibe when Neegan looked at Abraham - like he could see that he would be tough to break.
On the other hand ... Glen's reacting to when Neegan spoke to Maggie might make him choose Glen because he had the most emotional response and Neegan might think it would hurt the group's feelings the most - sort of why he considered Carl because he was Rick's son too ... but then I think he re-considered that when no one really reacted strongly.
I never considered Abraham - you guys make a good case for him. Both the heartbreaking timing for his finding love and looking to the future - AND for his being a threat.
