Speaking of flying on airlines, Sen. Schumer's amendment requiring the FAA to set seating standards on airlines is going forward.

He filed it as an amendment to the FAA Reauthorization bill.
For more info, Consumerist ran this story about a month ago when he first proposed the idea.
