ah, in googling to see what that is I found the company had taken some remedial action on their site in wf some years back, at least.

it's been a thing here, too, of course - some of the original silicon valley companies and some later (amd, for sure) had to do clean-ups of creeks and other impacted areas. even without more modern knowledge, it's nutso to think of what they all did/were allowed to do. ugh.
re: the bleachery, yah, the textile industry suckity sucked, too. :/
