If you listen to the speech, that point is a little overblown, in my opinion. He just took her saying he wasn't qualified and added it to his stump.

I think there is a big difference between him saying in an interview "Hillary Clinton lacks the fundamental qualifications to be president" and him just saying I don't think you should take money from big banks or support the war in iraq, etc.
It's all the exact same points he's been saying for months, it's just that he added "I don't think you're qualified if..." in front of each one.
While I feel the shine is certainly off the race, i don't think he went off the deep end or anything.
Of course, that could change.
