Fixable, but still a disaster.

HSX traded gameplay for social functions, and none of the social functions worked very well, and in some cases didn't even have a purpose.
You could friend people, but that didn't mean you could interract with your friends or see their recent activity.
You could subscribe to people's blog articles, but you couldn't subscribe to their blogs.
You could ask for and give advice on the forums, but it was difficult to re-find posts to see replies, especially with all the noise.
You could subscribe to fan clubs, but that only meant you could see the oldest blog posts posted by other members.
