oh no. nonono. I use the icbinb spray regularly (for veggies and such); but the light spread is so bad, and -- (edited)

they reformulated it a while back to be worse. ickyick, man.
I usually only have regular butter in my house for holiday baking, or rare other-year-times baking; but my go-to spread (I have it in my house maybe half the year) is land o' lakes with canola or olive oil, or a whipped butter - the fat isn't that much higher than your deal, and you need less because it tastes like actual butter, plus it gives a little healthyish fat to help skin from turning flaky. (I used to like brummel & brown a lot; but that changed, too, and/or I just got sick of it.)
edited to add flaky inclusion. I also periodically eat avocado and put a little evoo on a salad as flake-avoidance measures, if I'm starting to feel extra dry. keeps your coat shiny, too. ;p
