Toasted lightly, always, with butter or sometimes peanut butter, often jam on top of either.

I've even made sandwiches with toasted bagels, with butter and some type of lunch meat. I might have to try mustard with meat. Can't imagine just mustard.

Bagels, the perfect base for whatever you create.
