There's a cult of personality thing that happens. It's probably not a good thing but it's what happens.

you imbue certain characteristics in your chosen leaders. Seeing them in person can amplify them . I've been in the room with two and each time I came away impressed. Hopefully the last one I was in the room with won't let me down like the first.
