I can't tell where and how she was raised based on a quotation of a couple sentences, other than some of the lingo she uses is "dog whistle" for some far-right religious conservatives.
I can't tell what her upbringing was like, her cultural influences, or anything else other than her terminology shows she has rather out-dated views on sexual orientation and is pretty much ignorant about the general standards of etiquette and politeness when it comes to discussing the topic.
