I don't know why the population is the deciding factor. Do we think it's people from that state bringing them here?

I feel like it's people from NY going there. If the laws are just as lax why aren't more guns coming from Vermont? I'm genuinely curious because I feel like the population of the state is irrelevant. I think it's just that it's easier to get them in Virginia, SC, NC, etc.
