I use it for plain seltzer usually and add either fresh limes or the TrueLime product.

The syrups are mostly not bad. The colas I don't like because they don't taste like Coke. I like the orange and the root beer and they have ~50% of the calories of commercial sodas.
It's not going to save you money usually but it's convience for me. I have one at home and one at work.
