The Beastie Boys will license their music for films and television but not to advertise products.

Their music has been used in many films and as was pointed out on B2 most recently in Star Trek.
The groups stance on not allowing their music to be used in advertising is more about products and not this where it's used in the film and then used in the trailer for the film. There's a difference.
