I'm not sure where you're seeing that he was the "aggressor" in that video.

And the video in the story b. links shows it better.

The Hummer stops, for apparently no reason. The SUV behind it may or may not have tapped it. The Hummer sits there for like 20 seconds before starting to pull to the side, at the same time the SUV starts to go around him.

So, not seeing anything there that would warrant Smith as the "aggressor."
