you spent 7 years scaring the bejesus out of people about the guy in the White House. Blowing the dog whistle about minorities, immigrants and overreach of the federal government (ignoring entirely what the Cheney Administration did in that space)...They encouraged the Tea Baggers at every turn. Turned the base into an angry, self pitying, heavily armed mob and then watched a modern day huckster take all of it from them and turn it against them.

I don't hope for violence at the RNC Convention but won't be surprised by it.
