1. I love that Jane Byrne will be remembered as an interchange 2. I also love that they make you assume 30k miles per year if they can't track you.

The privacy concerns are real with that as they'll have everywhere you travelled in your car (via GPS) for whatever reason they want.
Plus they don't mention this *replacing* the gas tax but in addition to it and it will raise way more than what people pay in the gas tax currently.
