This is kind of happening where I work too as both the major admins who actually do real work will be out.

Our replacement is an older woman who I love dearly but she doesn't really work hard or ever have to do anything that's challenging. (It's partially her fault and partially the fault of the people we support because they won't ever really ask her to do anything.)
We were going over things with her that she will need to do and she decided today that she's pissed about us both being out. (I think it's funny.)
