I think all of our 24 hour ones are near either highways or hospitals. -- (edited)

there are some that have later hours, mostly friday-saturday nights; but some and some other larger chains (wendy's comes to mind) are open lateish nightly.
edited because I mispasted and it wasn't pretty.
