It does sound like he was not alone in being annoyed at some of the things the Hall does and requires. For instance they dictate the songs that the

bands play in their performance. There are issues with who is included (for instance when a band has had lineup changes it isn't always the original or the current lineup that's included and the band doesn't really get a say in how it's set up). So there are definitely issues they should fix.
