no I emailed the neighborhood association president* and she told me that it was just another accident.

*note that I live in south and the accident was in the highlands. my house is in south by maybe 100 feet so I'm a member of both associations since I walk sll the way through the highlands three or four times a day.
she has no idea why it isn't in the press. this driver was speeding but not drinking. maybe that's why it's so quiet?
