the neighborhood association pres thinks they might be waiting till the notify the fam, but last week when the two tramps were hit, the hit was announced immeds and "victims will be identified after we talk to their fams."

note: this is blue and white weekend (spring homecoming) so they may be trying to cover it up till monday?

or did I imagine it?
