As I said below, I wonder if historically they don't vote in the morning so there's no need to have early hours.

My guess is it's just out-dated rules that should be updated. We definitely need some adjustments to voting in the state but not open primaries. Early voting, same day registration, etc. You know, all the liberal things to make voting easier.
