Right. They send out letters to UDFAs stressing how much more likely players are to make the Seahawks than other teams.

Winning teams can't escape the cap forever since excellent play gets rewarded financially in the NFL. So, Seattle is finally in trouble with the cap, but they've done it the right way. It helps that their QB counted less than a million for two years and less than two million for another. That's majestic.
