I am not optimistic about getting the house.

My agent called and said they wanted another day. Annoying but not a big deal. Then she said that they asked if I would waive the radon inspection. WTF?

I said I would not because that's something that affects my health. The more I think about it the more I think maybe I should have walked right there. I wonder if the sellers might be crazy. They already had one offer fall through.
