The discussion among a group of concert goers I know is that they expect the ticket prices to be in the $700-$1000 range

Two sets per day
I imagine that it would be rather insane as it is not really a festival but three days of double headers.
Everyone is going to be watching the same shows so there's no dispersion of the crowds like there typically is at festival with overlapping set times.
Also everyone is going to try to arrive and leave at the same time as everyone is there to see the same acts
Goldenvoice has invested money in the local infrastructure and it is better now that it was to get to and from the Polo Grounds but it is still going to be a mess
