Places in the southwest are noted for inscriptions by western settlers and the Spanish explorers but someone's name dated 2011 is graffiti. How do you decide?

that's really tough. sometimes it is both. good examples include workers who built cathedrals or pyramids -- nm - Peglegpete Apr 23, 13:25 2
