The big thing here is a constitutional amendment to build a Casino.

I'd be fine with a casino in general, but A)it shouldn't be in our constitution, and B)they've got something in there where if another casino is built then their taxes are reduced to whatever the other casino pays, which wouldn't be good if the other were an indian casino that pays no taxes.
