I'd say two character arcs had plot points and the rest was a holding pattern for future episodes. (sp)

Brienne getting her liege and Sansa escaping was a major plot point.
Daenerys is in a worse position than she was last season.
The actions in Dorne were pretty much just mopping up from last season's assassination.
Same with The Watch.
Everyone else was pretty much character atmosphere.
