The Dodgers didn't unload him. They got an offer they couldn't refuse for him. The only question about Olivera at the time of the deal was his age. He'd hit for a dozen years against people from more than a dozen country. What's happened since he's worn a Braves jersey is, well, the baseball gods punishing our management for reckless sins.
