Rammstein or Genitorturers.

The Genitorturers being the band that produced the most jaw dropping, "I can't believe this is happening" show I've ever seen. What they did on stage is probably truly the most obscene things my eyeballs have witnessed.Marilyn Manson wishes he could have thought of half of what they actually did. Some of the stage show has to be illegal depending on location.

Maybe Wendy O should be considered. She's the more dangerous female version of Iggy Pop who is no slouch.
