Close. Same sort of atmosphere, but not a graphic novel. And set entirely in some fantasy world.

The underground labyrinth/dungeons/whatever was huge, constructed by orcs and dark elves, and had some jarring name -- like "Hard Spine" or something.
I know this is one of those times I'll wake up at 3:27 am tomorrow morning with the title flashing through my mind ... .
