It was less than 3 weeks ago when he wa making a pretty substantial push. He does have other things to do. He still mentions it consistently in

press conferences. It's not going to change much. They did get a few GOP people to meet with him, but it didn't move the needle. I'm sure he will press it again at some point soon, but I don't expect it to make much difference. It will be, as I think it always was going to be, more of a campaign issue for congressional democratic challengers to use against the republican incumbents.
