i'm not a "customer service person", and maybe it's time i got into something where i don't have to deal with people so directly. maybe it's time that i looked into something where i was my own boss and more in control of my own destiny. also, i think it's time that i got serious (for once, and finally) about my writing goals. i've written a number of items, just never seriously pursued trying to get them published.

but maybe it's time ...
